This is how I see 'Growing the Commons' (whether we call it a knowledge commons or not).
If it's a commons, I see the CPR as the information provided - on topics relevant to building the commons, including household provisioning.
Household- (or self-) provisioning could be seen as micro-commoning – keeping wealth in community, providing resources – and skills - that can be shared among neighbours / community members.
Doesn't matter that the information provided is in contant flux. That's the beauty of it in fact – that it can change with the times/circumstances.
The commoners are the people who steward/curate (and update / change) the information, using a set of rules written by the commoners (the original core group, to start with, but via a core group elected sociocratically from the specialists in all topics, in time).
I think it could include the blog, forum and wiki. For example, the housing commons topic on the wiki might link to a blog article written by someone trying to launch a housing commons in a particular country, with lots of tips about what worked for them and what didn't. Plus it might link to a relevant section of the forum, with a list of threads (a bit like an FAQ) that someone interested in housing commons might find v useful.
