I am giving a talk (1,5 hours max) about housing commons in my town with an environmental/commons activist group.
It is a group of 5-10 people who manage forests that used to be commons that are now owned by the town council. They collaborate with the local high school, are well connected with the town council, but have the general feeling of not being able to attract many local people to their activities (mainly tree planting and forest management).
The goal would be to gain interest to, hopefully, launch a prototype with them, building on our experience with bikes
