Having had several excellent convos with various women at the festival we agreed that the unbalanced male/female perspectives needed to be addressed. So if you felt the same, join this thread and share what came up for you.

We observed a tendency in the men to be more abstract and map-making to “get it right”, whereas we ladies were more action research and getting stuck in, fix-it-as-we-go.

Certainly do not want to get deep into any gender stereotypes or assumptions, just pointing to trends.

Being in a Western society that preferences the masculine perspective, it would seem that, given the chaotic nature of the current crises, the feminine perspective in leadership might be a good way to go.
